Chris Breckenridge is Chief Growth Officer of the Proprius Group, leading the business’s strategic growth through acquisitions, new market opportunities and long-term expansion.
A respected figure in Glasgow’s property market, Chris has over 20 years’ experience in premium residential property. He began his career with Slater Hogg & Howison before becoming Associate Director at Savills, where he built a strong reputation advising clients on high-value transactions. He later joined Corum Property as a Partner, further establishing himself as one of Scotland’s leading luxury property professionals. Known for his commmercial insight and client-focused approach, Chris combines deep market expertise with a proven ability to build relationships and drive growth.
Before property, Chris played rugby for Glasgow Hawks and GHK Rugby Club, experiences that continue to shape his !leadership style. Outside work, he enjoys rugby, golf and family life, and ls proud to coach his son Freddie with GHK. Chris is passionate about helping the Proprius Group achieve its ambitious growth plans while maintaining the trusted, relationship-led approach that has defined his career.
